MOTOKS manufactures PZ, PE, PWK and PD series carburetors covering 50cc commuter engines through 300cc performance builds. Each unit is flow-tested and calibrated before packing, so jetting behaviour stays consistent between production batches — the single most common failure point when sourcing carburetors from multiple small workshops.
How to Choose a Carburetor
- Match the venturi size to displacement: PZ19 for 50–70cc, PZ26 for 125cc CG engines, PE28–PE30 for 150cc racing builds.
- Choose PZ for economy and easy maintenance, PE/PWK for performance and altitude or temperature variability.
- Confirm intake and air-filter flange diameters before ordering — these are the two dimensions that cause most fitment returns.
- For EFI conversion projects, specify throttle body interface and TPS mounting upfront.

- Lead time
- 15–30 days after deposit for standard production. Express options are available for urgent restocking.
- Customisation
- Your logo on the body, custom packaging and carton marks, model-specific main and pilot jets, and needle settings matched to your altitude band and fuel type (E5, E10 or pure petrol).
- Quality control
- ISO 9001 process control with a 100% flow test and visual inspection before packing. Jetting specification is documented on the packing list so your workshop can verify it on arrival.
- Payment and shipping
- T/T with 30% deposit. FOB, CIF or EXW terms, shipped from Guangzhou to ports worldwide.

Carburetor Sourcing FAQ
What is the difference between the PZ, PE and PWK series?
PZ is a slide-type carburetor designed for economy and simple maintenance, common on CG and commuter engines. PE and PWK are flat-slide performance designs with faster throttle response and better atomisation at high rpm, used on racing and modified bikes. Choose PZ when reliability and cost matter most, PE/PWK when power delivery does.
Can you supply carburetors jetted for my altitude or fuel?
Yes. We can pre-install main jets, pilot jets and needle settings matched to your altitude band and fuel type (E10, E5 or pure petrol). Send your operating conditions with the order and we will document the jetting in the packing list.
How do I confirm fitment before placing a bulk order?
Send us the intake diameter, air-filter flange diameter and engine displacement. We cross-check against our tooling and send a dimensioned drawing for approval. Sample orders of one to three units are available before committing to a production run.
