如何选择蹄片配方
- NAO 配方：安静、对鼓面磨损小，是通勤与通用售后市场的默认选择。
- 半金属配方：耐热衰退更好，适合载货工作车与山区路线。
- 倒角加开槽：降低尖叫，让水与粉尘更快排出鼓腔。
- 鼓径、蹄片宽度与定位型式必须按零件号核对，不能只看图片。
蹄块配方与规格
鼓内径、蹄片宽度与蹄片厚度必须按零件号核对 —— 外观一样的两套，宽度差 2mm 就装不进鼓。把型号或鼓内径发给我们，先在现有模具里比对。

刹车蹄块采购常见问题
鼓刹最先磨损的是哪一部分？
先磨蹄片，再磨鼓面。蹄片磨损速度大约是鼓面的两倍；鼓一旦超过磨损极限，蹄片弧面对不上鼓面，制动就会发飘，所以每次保养两件要一起检查。
能为磨损的鼓提供加大蹄片吗？
可以。常见型号有 +0.25mm 与 +0.50mm 加大外弧规格，仍在公差内的鼓不必换新即可复用。把鼓内径发来，我们确认可供规格。
套装里包含弹簧和销轴吗？
原厂设计有用到回位弹簧与销轴的，标准套装一并配齐。如您的市场对附件有特定要求，请在下单时注明，我们按要求装箱。
