Carburettor Range Extended: PZ, PE and PWK Series for 2026

MOTOKS Editorial Team·October 18, 2026·Product News
The 2026 range adds new PZ variants for 100–150cc commuter engines, a wider PE selection for tuned 200–250cc builds and additional PWK sizes for two-stroke applications.

Our carburettor range for 2026 covers three families, and the changes this year are mostly about filling gaps rather than adding new platforms.

PZ series: 100–150cc commuter engines

The PZ family remains the volume product for commuter motorcycles. This year's additions focus on fitment coverage rather than new sizes: several variants that were previously only available as part of a complete assembly can now be ordered as individual units, which matters for workshops doing partial rebuilds.

All PZ variants share the same casting family, so a distributor can stock one gasket and one float set across the range.

PE series: tuned 200–250cc

The PE range has been widened to cover the jetting combinations most often requested by builders working on 200–250cc single-cylinder engines. The flat-slide design gives faster throttle response than a round-slide carburettor, at the cost of a narrower usable band at low openings — which is the right trade for a tuned engine and the wrong one for a daily commuter.

Where a customer needs a specific jetting combination for a build, we can calibrate to the target rather than shipping the closest catalogue setting.

PWK series: two-stroke applications

The PWK range now includes additional sizes for two-stroke engines. These are supplied with a baseline jetting set and a reference chart, because two-stroke jetting is far more sensitive to exhaust configuration than four-stroke jetting is to intake configuration.

Ordering

Individual units, matched sets and private-label packaging are all available. For private label, the minimum order depends on the packaging format rather than on the carburettor itself — see the private-label programme notes on our OEM/ODM page.
